The Silver Fox ("we," "us") operates silverfoxstreator.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or contact us about an event, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you fill out our inquiry form, book a venue tour, text or call us, or email us, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, phone number, event type and date, estimated guest count, budget range, how you heard about us, and anything you write in your message.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. Services we use include Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) tools. These services may collect your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, the link or ad that brought you to the site, and an advertising click identifier. If you arrive from an ad, we keep the ad and campaign identifiers for up to 90 days so we can tell which advertising works. Our website is hosted by Wix, which also collects standard server and analytics data.

We do not sell your phone number or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of booking.
We may email you about your inquiry and, occasionally, about Silver Fox events and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email us to opt out.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only for that purpose: Wix (website hosting, forms, bookings), Google (Workspace, Analytics, Ads), Meta (advertising measurement), our business phone and texting provider, and payment processors if you pay online. We may also share information when required by law or to protect our rights.
When you inquire through a wedding marketplace such as The Knot, WeddingWire, or Zola, that platform's privacy policy also applies to what you share there.
Advertising measurement
We measure inquiries and tour bookings that come from our ads. To improve matching, some of the details you submit (such as your email address or phone number) may be sent to Google or Meta in hashed form. You can control ad personalization in your Google Ads Settings and Meta Ad Preferences, and you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@silverfoxstreator.com or texting 815-409-5120. We will honor your request unless we need to keep records for a signed contract or as required by law.
Retention
We keep inquiry and event records for as long as needed to serve you and for our business records, generally up to seven years for signed contracts and up to three years for inquiries that do not book.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
