What's included
The whole building from 8 a.m. to midnight: the ceremony room, cocktail lounge, ballroom and getting-ready rooms, with tables, Chiavari chairs, linens, place settings, bartenders and an on-site venue manager.
Small weddings: 40 guests or fewer, $5,000 flat on any date. Ask about 41 to 60 guests.
Catering: choose a preferred caterer, bring your own licensed caterer, or use The 122 Club right here in the building (buffets from $27 per guest, service included).
Garden ceremony: Weber House and Garden, $1,500 on most dates.
A typical Saturday: $8,000 venue plus $3,190 for a standard bar for 110 guests is $11,190 before catering. The Illinois average for the venue alone is about $14,000.
To reserve: a $2,000 down payment and a signed contract.
